SHIPPING & RETURNS
Purchased items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of ordering. Please allow up to 2 weeks for standard shipping delivery. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive an email from email@example.com when your order has been confirmed.
Your order will be shipped via the option selected during checkout. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 2-5 business days. We cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. that may affect shipping times.
Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.
Please note some items are held in inventory while others are produced on demand. In the event of an inventory backup, we may ship items in your order separately. Rest assured, you will receive your complete order and get email confirmation of all shipments with tracking information.
We do not offer refunds or replace items that have been shipped out once the package has been scanned and entered into USPS process.
Standard Returns Policy
You may return new, unworn or unused products (in original packaging with tags) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
We reserve the right to reject the returns of goods not complying with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.
Please note that these return guidelines only apply to products purchased on the Website. We cannot accept returns of product purchased elsewhere.
1. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please initiate the process by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Once we have confirmed initiation of the return or exchange, please return products with your original order confirmation. You will need to pay for the postage of any items you return.
3. Please remember, we can only issue a refund if the returned product is in New condition.
4. Please make sure that your return package is packed and sealed securely. Packages must be returned with the freight prepaid. We recommend the use of an insured parcel service, such as UPS or by registered mail.
5. All returns will be refunded to you within 30 days via your original form of payment.

• We aim to respond to all e-mail inquiries within 24 hours
• In the unfortunate event that a package goes missing in transit, you will need a proof of posting slip as Riptide Vibes cannot assume responsibility for items that do not arrive at the Returns Center.
• All items must be returned to us in their original condition with the original packaging.

Canada and International Shipping
International items ship in five business days excluding foreign customs processing. Riptide Vibes holds no responsibility for fees that are subjected by international authorities.
RISK OF LOSS
All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier (USPS) not affiliated with, or controlled by, Riptide Vibes. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Riptide Vibes delivers these items to the carrier.
We do not currently accept online returns and exchanges internationally. For more information, please contact email@example.com.
